Easy, quick, flatbreads

These soft, homemade flatbreads are a simple and speedy way to add something special to your meal. With just a few basic ingredients, they’re perfect for wrapping, dipping or serving alongside heart-healthy dishes. No yeast, no fuss – just fresh and tasty. Makes 2 medium-sized flatbreads
Ingredients
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 50g wholemeal bread flour
- 50g plain bread flour
Method
- Mix the ingredients together with a spoon to start, then your hands. Turn out onto a floured surface and roll out into a rough circle (it does not have to be perfect).
- Heat a large frying pan on a medium-to-high heat
- Place a flatbread into the dry pan leave for 2 minutes and then turn. Do this until you have a nice brown coloured flat bread, also they will puff up and rise in the middle so don’t worry.
- Repeat for the other flatbread.
- If you want large amounts always use equal amounts of yoghurt to flour.
