Pilates Lauren

Welcome to Pilates Lauren. You will find pre-recorded Pilates classes that you can watch 24/7 and choose the day and time to participate in them to suit you. You can repeat the classes you enjoy the most as often as you wish.

The classes are suitable if you have already completed a beginners Pilates course so you know how to safely engage the correct muscles, breathe and relax as you do each move.

Each class has a different theme, variations and adaptations are provided so you can work to the correct level for you. One new class is released every week.

Once signed up you will have access to a WhatsApp group for support too.

Once you have your log in, choose from a variety of class styles from the drop down menu depending on what type of class you are interested in participating in today or click on the most up-to-date class on the Class Timetable page.

The most recent video is always at the top of the page.

Some videos will be repeated under a number of headings to save you from having to search for them.
