She qualified with the BACPR (British Association of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation) in 2005, and was one of the Lead Exercise Instructors in the Phase 3 Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation programme at the Surbiton Health Centre for 9 years until 2020.
